Hazardous and specialist materials are outside the standard non-hazardous collection service. If you are unsure about a particular material, contact us before arranging a collection.
04 Can the collection date be changed? +
Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to change the agreed collection date. Changes are subject to availability and the stage of the arrangement.
05 Is my enquiry automatically confirmed? +
No. An enquiry or quotation request does not itself confirm a collection appointment. The collection is confirmed separately once the details have been reviewed.
